How to change your security settings on Internet Explorer.
1. On your browser, choose Tools and then choose Internet Options

2. This window will pop up. Choose the Security tab

3. Depending on how your levels are set, you'll get at this next step a different way. We suggest just choosing Custom Level. Scroll down through all the choices until you find Scripting. It's near the bottom on ours. Make sure these three options are enabled like they are in this photo. Then chat should work just fine.

These steps seem to be working for 98% of the people who had problems. If that doesn't work, here's one more thing you can try.
4. Open up your Internet Options again like you did in step 2. Click on the green check mark that says "Trusted Sites". Then click the "sites" button.

5. Enter the address of the chatroom and then hit "add". Make sure the box at the bottom is UNCHECKED. This will override any settings you have that are blocking the java. The room may load a bit slower, but it should load. I had all of my options off and tried the chatroom. It didn't work. When I added it as a trusted site, it worked just fine.
